Terms & Conditions for the “Refer a Pulser & Win” Campaign

“Refer a Pulser and Win” campaign, is proudly organized by Sharz Limited Limited.

Sharz Limited Limited is an education placement agency dedicated to providing exceptional educational consultancy services, helping students achieve their dreams of studying abroad.

This campaign is specifically designed to target customers of MTN, commonly referred to as Pulsers. It is important to note that while we aim to engage the vibrant community of MTN Pulsers, this campaign is solely conducted by Sharz Limited Limited and any disputes arising from this campaign should be addressed purely to Sharz Limited, not any our our partners. 

MTN Uganda and the University Partners of Sharz Limited are not involved in the organization or execution of this campaign, and therefore, they holds no liability for any disputes or issues that may arise from participation in this campaign.  

• Eligibility:

1. 1. 1. The campaign is open to individuals to refer potential students (Pulsers) to enroll and study abroad through Sharz Limited Limited.
      2. Referrals must be first-time applicants with Sharz Limited and must complete the enrolment process for the referrer to qualify for the prize. 

• Campaign Duration:

The campaign will run from 24th July to 31st August. All referrals must be made within this period to be eligible. 

• Referral Process:

The Person referring must provide the contact information of the Pulser they are referring, including name, phone number, and email address via the provided Referral link: bit.ly/sharzpulse 

• Prize Details:

1. 1. 1. The Winner will receive Ugx 500,000 for each successful enrollment of a Pulser.
      2. Successful enrollment is defined as the completion of the application process and acceptance into a university abroad through Sharz Limited. 

• Application Fee Waivers:

1. 1. 1. Pulsers referred under this campaign are eligible for application fee waivers for a specified number of applications per year. 

• Access to Events and Programs:

Pulsers will have access to Sharz Limited’ career events, mentorship programs, and other related activities. 

• Personalized Support:

Pulsers will receive free personalized career guidance and enrollment support from Sharz Limited. 

• Scholarships

Pulsers referred under this campaign may stand a chance to benefit from scholarships offered by partner universities. Scholarships are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective universities. 

• Limitations

1. 1. 1. There is no limit to the number of referrals a single person can make; however, each referral must result in a successful enrollment in order to qualify for the prize.
      2. Sharz Limited reserves the right to verify the eligibility of both the referrer and the Pulser. 

• Disqualification:

Sharz Limited reserves the right to disqualify any referrals that do not meet the campaign criteria or if any fraudulent activity is suspected. 

• General Terms:

1. 1. 1. Sharz Limited reserves the right to modify or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
      2. Participation in the campaign constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
